Let me see if I can find a server that has the files we want as static files, 
to avoid downloading them on every run.

In the mean time, I've increased the frequency to every two days (and 
dropped "weekly" from the subject).

Could we also list the references from the tracker (NOTEs) automatically and 
also what is "elsewhere"?
