Yes, I noticed this as well, but the -I's are not present in the other buildd logs neither and there are no compilation errors in the other arches. The question is: how can g++ find the hX11 headers in all arches and not in sparc? -- Rafael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Buildd failure for octave-forge on sparc

Install build-dependencies for docbook2x
[My apologies for the cross-postings.] Buildd for the docbook2x package failed strangely on the ia64, powerpc, sparc, and hppa and I need to investigate the reasons. Could you please install the build-dependencies for docbook2x on one of the available systems? Thanks in advance. -- Rafael
[rafael@debian.org: Build-deps for plplot on arm and sparc]
Dear arm and sparc folks, I sent the message below to debian-admin over one week ago, but it apparently went into a black hole. Can someone help me with this? TIA Rafael - Forwarded message from Rafael Laboissiere <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - From: Rafael Laboissiere <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Build-deps for plplot on arm and sparc Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2004 13:36:36 +0100 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: Dirk Eddelbuettel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Buildd of my plplot package is failing on arm and sparc due to a problem with Octave. I would like to investigate the issue a little bit further. Could you please install build-deps for plplot on arm and sparc project machines? Please, tell me when it is done. [edd@debian.org: Re: PLplot FTBFS on sparc due to Octave problem]
Debian-sparc folks, I am looking for help to solve the FTBFS problem that I discussed below with Dirk Eddelbuettel. Are you aware of any problems regarding Octave 2.1.52 > on sparc? No, not really. I think it took it a while to get built there, but then it looks as if the entire buildd daemon system was lagging after the security incident. As for Octave, I don't think it has any new code in which Sparc is treated differently as a platform. Could it be the gcc toolchain that is acting up?
