在 2010/6/13 0:19 時,Martin-Éric Racine q-f...@iki.fi 寫到: Package: lxdm Severity: normal -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 I'm just curious how things are progressing with this? A couple of months ago, Andrew said that a new upstream release that solves several pending issues was published and that it would soon be packaged. Thanks for reminding this. We(lxde packing team) had a discussion during the LDXE meetup at LinuxTag. This package still need more tests. We planed to upload it to get more people to help on testing. Howevrer you may now get it from collab-maint's git if you would like to try it now. Cheers, -Andrew -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Facilities are provided for access control, authentication, backup and administrative management. This package provides Perl bindings to the AFS APIs, including support for doing in Perl nearly all of the operations possible with the AFS client programs. I have been maintaining private packages of this module for quite some time but hadn't uploaded them to Debian because of various problems with getting PIC versions of the OpenAFS libraries, which limited the module to i386. This should now be partly sorted out, enough to build the module, although more upstream work remains to be done to ship shared libraries (rather than static libraries built PIC). ---End Message--- ---BeginMessage--- Source: libafs-perl Source-Version: 2.6.2-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of libafs-perl, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive: libafs-perl_2.6.2-1.debian.tar.gz to main/liba/libafs-perl/libafs-perl_2.6.2-1.debian.tar.gz libafs-perl_2.6.2-1.dsc to main/liba/libafs-perl/libafs-perl_2.6.2-1.dsc libafs-perl_2.6.2-1_i386.deb to main/liba/libafs-perl/libafs-perl_2.6.2-1_i386.deb libafs-perl_2.6.2.orig.tar.gz to main/liba/libafs-perl/libafs-perl_2.6.2.orig.tar.gz A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is attached. (Closes: #585587) * New upstream release. - Fixed segfault in AFS::VLDB-listvldb. - Improved build support for static PIC libraries. - Updated example scripts for AFS::VLDB and AFS::VOS. * Patch src/Makefile.PL to allow the environment variable AFS_SYSNAME to bypass running fs sysname, since the latter will only work on a system with an AFS client running. Add the sysname script from the openafs package to map dpkg architectures to AFS sysnames and use it to set the value of AFS_SYSNAME. * Use the PIC versions of libafsrpc and libafsauthent on all Linux platforms other than i386. * Override dh_installexamples to fix the path to the Perl interpreter in the upstream examples. * Only build on the architectures supported by the openafs package. * Switch to source package format 3.0 (quilt), generate a single combined patch, and add a custom patch header for the collected patches. The source package is maintained in Git and separating the changes using a system such as TopGit seems like overkill at the moment. * Update standards version to 3.8.4 (no changes required). Yes, it does appear that it is required by GeanyGenDoc, and I've taken a look at the package though I can't upload it. Some comments: * Please don't run autogen.sh, the configure script itself looks sufficient. Your debian/rules should just have the %: rule, then. * The stuff in README.Debian should be in README.source, but with reference to the previous point, please remove it. * With reference to the first point, please also drop autoconf/automake dependencies, but keep autotools-dev for config.guess and config.sub. * Drop debian/*.dirs, they're unnecessary. * Drop lintian-overrides, that's also unnecessary. I'm CC-ing Evgeni; he sponsors my geany-plugins packages and I'm sure he'd be interested to look at ctpl, especially if there will be no geany-plugins 0.19 binaries without ctpl. ;-) -- Kind regards, Chow Loong Jin signature.asc Description: PGP signature
