So far we've been keeping up with iceowl (i.e. sunbird) builds by patching the fallouts of upstream not caring much about the stand alone calendar but sunbird code is being actively removed now, e.g.: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=866903 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=984917 So let's bite the bullet and let it go. We'll add a iceowl package that depends on iceowl-extension + icedove since this might be the most expected upgrade path. Other findings about usable (GSSAPI capable) calendars will be added on the groupware page: https://wiki.debian.org/Groupware I've already filed a request for removal (#742924) but in case anybody wants to pick this up, here's the bug for it. This would likely involve picking up upstream as well. Bug#743798: RFP: ipad-charge -- Utility to make iPad charge with the computer
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist * Package name: ipad-charge Version : (seems no packaged release available upstream) Upstream Author : Max Korenkov * URL : https://github.com/mkorenkov/ipad_charge * License : GPLv2 Programming Lang: C Description : Utility to make iPad charge with the computer iPad requires a special command to make it charge with computers. There's already utilities, for example, ASUS Ai Charger on Windows to make iPad charge, and users in Ubuntu community comes up with a small utility to make iPad charge. pkg-gtkpod seems is the most relevant maintainer group for this package. If no one is interested in this, I will try packaging this utility if I have more time on this. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#743792: RFP: treesheets -- Free Form Data Organizer
Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist * Package name: treesheets Version : 1.0 Upstream Author : Wouter van Oortmerssen * URL : http://strlen.com/treesheets/ * License : ZLIB Programming Lang: C Description : Free Form Data Organizer The ultimate replacement for spreadsheets, mind mappers, outliners, PIMs, text editors and small databases. Suitable for any kind of data organization, such as Todo lists, calendars, project management, brainstorming, organizing ideas, planning, requirements gathering, presentation of information, etc. It's like a spreadsheet, immediately familiar, but much more suitable for complex data because it's hierarchical. It's like a mind mapper, but more organized and compact. It's like an outliner, but in more than one dimension. It's like a text editor, but with structure. TreeSheets is exceptionally small & fast, so can sit in your system tray at all times: with several documents loaded representing the equivalent of almost 100 pages of text, it uses only 5MB of memory Screenshots: http://strlen.com/treesheets/docs/screenshots.html Source: https://github.com/aardappel/treesheets -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". OK, so it took a bit more than a couple of days, but I believe that what is currently in the stunnel collab-maint repo should be good to go: git clone git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/stunnel.git I'd be glad if you could take a look at it and comment on it - even if you find that you disagree with some of my decisions :) And of course, it's fine for me if the package is maintained collaboratively - if you want to make any changes, add yourself as a maintainer or uploader, just go ahead. I've taken care of several of the bugs in the BTS. Some of the rest I'd say are invalid, some of the rest I'll ask if they are still reproducible, and some of them do need more work. I'll respond to most of them, but, well, this may sound a bit silly, but I'd like to wait until the package is actually in Debian and I can respond in some sort of more "official" capacity as the real maintainer at the time :) Once again, thanks for your interest in stunnel and for your assistance!
