Some people might want to stick with the original, and others might to use the new one. I thought that the original mosix.com development might be closed from now on, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So, I figured it might be easier to just distribute a new version. Currently, only the kernel patches are different, but I expect the userland tools to start differing in a couple of months, and they would then be 2 different projects. openmosix aims to be a separte clustering effort with its own direction in the future. viral -- http://www.mayin.org/~gandalf I'll see you on the Dark Side of the Moon.
