You're talking about the Debian package, this ITP talk about the Intend to Package this piece of software and I must to describe what is kolab-server, Kolab, Kroupware and so on. I'm a Debian developer and it's not necesary to do an ITP to package kolab-server but I want to prevent other people from doing the same job. I don't really like this long description - when I install the server as a Debian package, I don't mind that it depends on a zillion Debian specific things.
