The rendition driver causes a signal 4 at X startup.  Commenting out all of
the loaded modules makes no difference:

The fact someone still has one of these is really, really cool (harking
back to the days when my 3D Blaster PCI was k-rad, with the awesome
Quake).

Can you please run:
