There just isn't any money and the state will cut us again next year.  So

Not only that but who wants to beta test the @#$# thing for them right now:)
Scott's is proven and it works without hardly any server overhead or
glitches that can tell.  No, even if it were cheap I would not be in the
first round of customer releases.:)
