[Bug 1940758] [NEW] gedit file edit causes loss of birth time
Public bug reported: gedit 3.38.1-1 Ubuntu 21.04 Editing a previously created file with gedit and saving it causes loss of the original file birth time and updates it to the time of the file save. File birth time should not be changed. Compare this with nano, which does not change the file birth time.
