Public bug reported: I am using the Lunar (23.04) development release. Recently some keyboard shortcuts have stopped working, notably Ctrl+Alt+T to open a new terminal. Also -- I don't know if this is related, but it seems likely -- gnome- control-center crashes when clicking "View and Customize Shortcuts" under "Keyboard Shortcuts" in "Keyboard".
