Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
If you open up any Facebook window which lets somebody post on someone's
wall, and then close it, it will pop up a warning that claims you have
unfilled form information, even if nothing has been entered in forms.
This is an issue which almost certainly affects sites other than
Facebook (otherwise it'd be their problem, not Epiphany's) but I've
noticed it there.

Every time that Epiphany closes a tab containing a Facebook prompt, it says
that there is unfilled form information and asks for confirmation
