Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

  Up-to-date Kubuntu Karmic. Not using Desktop Effects (compositing).

  I have ThinkPad X200s with X4500 graphics. I am using it in dual
  monitor setup with HP L2045w connected over DVI-DisplayPort. I use the
  following xrandr command to setup dual monitor:

  xrandr --verbose --output LVDS1 --mode 1440x900 --output DVI2 --mode
  1680x1050 --left-of LVDS1

  My system was running for about an hour and the crash happened when
  "debuild" called pinentry-qt4 to enter my GPG passphrase to sign the
  package. This is the last window that appeared on the screen.

  I have found the following backtrace in Xorg.log.old:
