Since we're getting close to a 2.1.1 release, I thought I should bring this one up again. I'm still not sure what to do about this issue. Oh, I know how to release Struts; I was referring to the XWork release. IIRC, this will be the first release with the Maven 2 build, so we'll see how it goes...
