Going down:

I'm sure we can still do better :)

The new version (1.18.5) is in prod and Fabio already confirmed on IRC that it
fixes the problem he was facing. Should be good for you as well :)

Oh, good catch, I think I have fixed it:
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/pkgdb2.git/commit/?id=a8234dae3fa1277705ce1f823a5b30d078831201

I will probably make a new bugfix release later today.

Partially ... for example for rubygem-ffi, I should be able to approve

In the version 1.13 of pkgdb2 a new API endpoint has been added that just
provide the list of pending ACL requests:

   # Number of requests pending: 5492

So there is some improvements :)

Today's number is:

So don't forget to visit:

I found out yesterday that this list contains pending ACL requests for package
that have been retired.
So I fix this in 1.18 (just deployed), so we're down to:

   # Number of requests pending: 4744

Pierre

The list does not show all packages I can confirm ACLs for. I'd say that
there are shown just packages where I am POC.

A small suggestion could be for the person making a request to add
a small comment about the reason of it being asked.

I have 2 pending commit acl requests (to 0ad) that I did not deny
because I thought it could be unpolite, but was not contacted in irc
or email (or possibly missed the request).

I found out yesterday that this list contains pending ACL requests for package
that have been retired.
So I fix this in 1.18 (just deployed), so we're down to:

  # Number of requests pending: 4744

Today's number is:

# Number of requests pending: 5151

We got 341 requests that have been either accepted, rejected of withdrawn over
the last two weeks, but we still have some pending :)

So don't forget to visit:

Same here. I approved all of it now. Apologies for people who were
waiting. Thanks for the nice enhancements!

Me neither! I've approved the ones waiting for me too.

Wonderful! I wasn't even aware that people were waiting for my

Today we are at:

   # Number of requests pending: 5410

So there is some improvements :)

From the version 1.16, the page listing all the pending ACLs now provides
'Approve all' and 'Deny all' buttons.

So feel free to visit: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acl/pending/ and

PkgDB, pending ACL requests

2014-07-09 Thread Pierre-Yves Chibon
Good Morning everyone!

In the version 1.13 of pkgdb2 a new API endpoint has been added that just
provide the list of pending ACL requests:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/api/pendingacls

I just wanted to share with you the first line of its output:

  # Number of requests pending: 5492

Now I do realize that the branching that occured yesterday is blowing up this
number compared to yesterday, but please be careful to log in pkgdb2 once a
while and check out the pending ACL requests requiring your attention.

Note: Since the same pkgdb2 release, there is a small notification showing-up
and informing you about any pending ACL requests requiring your attention every
time you log in the application :)
