`import` is the best way how to upload sources + add/remove patches from
dist-git. I would suggest everybody to `import` instead of
`new-sources`/`upload`.

Looks like you didn't run "cd wdune" before running "fedpkg import".

Also I'm not sure why you're running import again, when the package already
exists.
