Drawの色の置換の強制終了の件はBugzilla に報告されていました。
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91525

修正内容はLibreOffice　5.0.0.0beta 2 にて確認できるでしょう。

追試ありがとうございます。

ノートのubuntuに5.0.0Beta1.deb(64）をいれてこちらでも試してみました。

私の環境では、Drawの「色の置換」は異常終了して使い物になりませんでした。

入れたついでに試しました。
環境は同じくDebian Sidです。

1は閉じるはありませんでした。ウィンドウについてはKDE環境でちょっと違うので置いておきます。
2は確認できました。Linux上でも変わりませんが置換できるので色は取れてる模様。
3は色の置換ができる時とできない時があって、そして落ちたり落ちなかったりと
状況は一定ではありませんでしたが頻繁にクラッシュしました。

5.0.0Beta1 win(64),win(86)にて

見えないカーソルのDrawで無理やり作図後に「色の置換」を試してみました。
色の置換ダイアログが異常だったので報告します。

<手順>
色の置換は、ビットマップかメタファイルのみなので先に変換します。
作図後に、オブジェクトを指定して、変更→変換→ビットマップ、又はメタファイルに変換

ツール　→　「色の変換」

1.色の変換ダイアログに「閉じる」が無く、移動もできない。
2.スポイトで色を吸い取っても、色の変換リストに色が表示されない。
3.色の変換していると、異常終了多発。
