Re: [slim] links dead to downloads and old wiki?
The wiki indeed has been "shut down" (put into read-only mode), but links should still work. Hmm, they (at least the one in your post 986798) don't Hmm... I believe those links now should all have an .html appendix :-(. I'll see whether I can do something about this. "http://downloads.slimdevices.com/LogitechMediaServer_v7.9.3/logitechmediaserver_7.9.3_amd64.deb; For the link to the repo I don't understand what you're trying to say here. What are you looking for? I assume from that link I should get a d/l of logitechmediaserver_7.9.3_amd64.deb but instead all I get is a web page that displays the text "http://downloads.slimdevices.com/LogitechMediaServer_v7.9.3/logitechmediaserver_7.9.3_amd64.deb; The link is for the update checker, not a download. So yes, the result is nothing but a URL. That link would usually be used by LMS (or some other application) to trigger the update. -- Michael ___ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
