Please send a full stack trace and any other relevant information (including the email address of the user you are trying to register). It's probably either a typo in the domain of the email address, or the machine DSpace is running on is having DNS issues. Re: [Dspace-tech] java.net.UnknownHostException
Hi Jim, TQ for yr feedback. Actually, when I try to make a new registration from mydspace, dspace told me unable to send email. The same problem also occured when I put another email. Im sure typing is totally correct. For example: when I try to put this email [EMAIL PROTECTED] using register button from my dspace still Unable to send email. I try go through e-person management control and add a new e-person, then when I try edit an E-Person and reset password, dspace showed the error: java.net.UnknownHostException: Cocoon stacktrace Java stacktrace Java full stacktrace -Original Message- From: James Rutherford [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, August 05, 2008 4:40 PM To: Mohamad Asmawi Bin Abdul Rahman Cc: dspace-tech@lists.sourceforge.net Subject: Re: [Dspace-tech] java.net.UnknownHostException Please send a full stack trace and any other relevant information (including the email address of the user you are trying to register).
