I am out of town at the moment but when I get home I can check my logs.  I
believe that was the time I worked him when he was on Malpelo.

Here's the direct quote from K1ZZ's "White Paper" on behalf of the ARRL:
"Contacts with KH8SI operating from Swain's Island will count for

I'd say that's pretty definitive. WF and don't even bother to WL.
