This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

AZERBAIJAN, 4K.  Rich, 4K7Z/F8LPX, will be active until the end of
June.  QSL via F8LPX, bureau ok.

FAROE ISLANDS, OY.  OY/G4XRV plans to be QRV until June 2.

JERSEY ISLAND, GJ. Ekki, MJ/DF4OR, Tilo, MJ/DJ5BX, Rainer,
MJ/DL1ZBO, and Peter, MJ/DL1FX, will be QRV from June 3 to 9 using
SSB, CW and all digital modes on 80 to 10 meters.  This will include
activity from MJ/DJ5BX in the ANARTS WW RTTY Contest June 7 and 8.
QSL via DL1ZBO.

FRANCE, F.  TM0AR will be QRV in SSB on 10, 12, 15, 17, 20 and 40
meters from the International Festival of Arts and Technologies
until June 1.  QSL via F5TJC, bureau is ok.

IRELAND, EI.  EJ/DF5WA will work mainly in CW from the Aran Islands
(EU-006) until May 31.  He will then sign EI/DF5WA from the Irish
coast (EU-115) from Jun 1 to 7.  QSL via bureau.

POLAND, SP.  Special event station HF25KVW is QRV until July 31
celebrating the 25th anniversary of the club station SP5KVW in
Ostroleka.  QSL via SP5KVW, bureau is ok.

ST. PAUL ISLAND, CY9.  CY9A will be active July 24 to August 2, plus
or minus two days for weather considerations.  Look for ops N0RN,
N5VL, K5AB, K5AAH, KO4RR and VE7SV.  QSL via N5VL.

SAMOA, 5W.  DL2AH, will be QRV as 5W0AH from July 3 to 15.  He will
then go to American Samoa, callsign not yet known, to operate from
July 17 to 23.  Look for operations on 40 to 10 meters, using SSB.

SVALBARD, JW.  Tom, LA7VK, will be active as JW7VK until June 1.
QSL to home call.

THAILAND, HS.  Look for John, W6ZIP operating HS0ZEH from May 31 to
June 17, mostly CW, on 40 through 10 meters with some SSB toward the
end.  QSL via his home call.

UKRAINE, UR.  Special event call sign EN720K will be active from to
June 1 to July 15 to commemorate the 720th Anniversary of Rivne
City.  The operators are Rivne Dx Club members Paul, UT1KY (ex
EM1KY), Igor, UR5KCE and Taras, UR5KDX.  QSL via buro.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The Six Club WW Contest and the Great
Lakes QSO Party are on tap for this weekend. Please see May QST,
page 95 for details.

This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
The Daily DX, 425 DX News, DXNL and Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks
to all.

PRATAS ISLAND, BQ9P.  The Chinese Taipei Amateur Radio League
(CTARL) announced its 7th DXpedition to Pratas Island.  The call
sign will be BQ9P.  Operation will commence on or about 0900z on
June 4 and will end at approximately 2300z on June 12.  Operators
include Paul, BV4FH (Team Leader), Wong, BV5CR, Robert, BV3FG,
Steven, K4WA, San, K5YY, Gary, W5FI and Igor, W0IZ.  A pilot station
and operating frequencies will be announced shortly.

AFGHANISTAN, YA.  Chris, G0TQJ, is now QRV as YA/G0TQJ.  QSL via
QRZ.COM.

BELARUS, EW.  Andy, W2/NP3D, will be active on all bands as EW/NP3D,
using CW, SSB and RTTY, until May 27.  QSL via W3HNK.

MONGOLIA, JT.  Nicola, I0SNY, and Gianni, I8KGZ, will be active as
JT1Y from Ulaanbaatar for a couple of weeks.  In late May they will
take a side trip to China and will operate from Beijing's Radio Club
for 2 or 3 days.  QSL via I0SNY.
 
MALYJ VYSOTSKIJ, R1M.  A group of operators from Russia and Finland
will operate on 80 through 10 meters using SSB and CW, until May 30.
QSL R1MVI via OH2BR.

COSTA RICA, TI.  TI5N will operate the CQ WW WPX CW Contest
multi-multi from the QTH of TI5KD, using 5 watts.  Operators include
N0KE, W8QZA, W1XE, CX6CM and possibly more late additions.  QSL via
W3HNK.  Also, look for Dick, W5AA, to be signing W5AA/TI8 until June
17.  He will operate on all bands with an emphasis on 30, 17 and 12
meters.

CANADA, VE.  Terry, VE7TLL, reports that Canadian amateur radio
operators have been authorized to use special prefixes to celebrate
the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.  Look for XL, XM, XN and
XO instead of the usual VA, VE, VO and VY prefixes, respectively,
through July 18, to be used on a voluntary basis.
 
BERMUDA, VP9.  Merv, N6NO, will be active as N6NO/VP9 until May 28.
He plans to concentrate on the newer bands using CW.  QSL via home
call.
 
JAMAICA, 6Y.  The Team Vertical (N6BT, KE7X, WA6O, N6XG, W0YK, N6XI
and K2KW) will be active as 6Y2A during the CW WPX Contest.  They
will also be on the air as 6Y5/home calls on 160 through 6 meters,
until May 28.  QSL 6Y2A and 6Y5/K2KW via WA4WTG, all others via home
calls.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ WW WPX Contest, CW, and QRP ARCI
Hootowl Sprint are on tap for this weekend.  Please see May QST,
