Re: [Dx4win] Lost DX Cluster Interface

2015-10-13 Thread Kostas SV1DPI

Use what works. dxsummit does not work and this says "html etc"
Some of the nodes do not work also or have changed addresses. Use a new
clusters list. Use AD1C' update program to update the clusters nodes
also. But if you still use a new list you will find some of them do not
work.

I downloaded a new copy of DX4WIN, but this did not correct the problem.

I turned off my anti-virus program and firewall, but this did not
correct the problem.

Thank you for your concern.

Have you lost the packet window or you can see the packet window and you

cannot connect?

[Dx4win] Lost DX Cluster Interface

2015-10-13 Thread Bert Garcia
Yes, I have the packet window.

I have discovered that a few of the DX Cluster stations will work and I can
connect and receive spots. But most DX Cluster stations either do nothing,
or return an "apro error", or return an "HTML file not recognized error".

I downloaded a new copy of DX4WIN, but this did not correct the problem.

I turned off my anti-virus program and firewall, but this did not correct
the problem.

Thank you for your concern.

Where should I look next to restore the packet clusters function?

[Dx4win] Lost DX Cluster interface

2015-10-09 Thread Bert Garcia
Everything was working and now I cannot connect to any of the packet
clusters in DX4WIN. In the File>Preferences Packet 1tab I have Type Regular
and Com Port TCP/IP selected. User level is Expert. Radio control
interface to my transceiver is working. I have not knowingly made any
changes. My Internet connection to my computer works well.

Where should I look next to restore the packet clusters function?
