I have given the instructions in Sheet 1, bt pls feel free to contact me
for any further requirements. I am a novice and so have made some
hap-hazard
macros in the workbook which u guys can change/delete to better one. Pls
also help to keep the size of the workbook small, so that i can copy n
create a new one everytime i need to use it.
