Exchange & Outlook Mag is apparently not being published anymore.  Are there
any subscribers out there who have been contacted by the publisher regarding
a refund or subscribing to an alternative?

I don't know if it's considered an "alternative" but I know that a bunch of
the editorial staff of E&O were transferred over to .NET magazine.  They're
both Fawcette Publications so you might find some info at:
