Does anyone have suggestions for dealing with mailing lists? We're running e2k sp1 on w2k sp2 and have several very large mailing lists to maintain. For example, we have one list that sends a newsletter out to most of our employees as well as a few thousand of our customers that request it. This should be simple enough but, we just can't seem to find the right balance of proper administration and ease of use. From your experiences, what is the most effective way to maintain and administer these lists? It is not a 100% point-and-click solution, and you won't be able to deploy it without a good understanding of what's going on (this took me about a day). Be sure you disable relaying; we neglected to do this and were briefly listed on ORBS as a result.
