Outlook refuses to preview unread messages.
Hi. we are experiencing the following: Outlook inbox sometimes refuses to preview unread messages, also if you deleted an e-mail from the inbox it takes an unusual amount of time to disappear from the inbox. this happens sporadically only for some users and usually gets back to normal after some time. Also it does not matter if the message has an attachment or not the problem occurs either way. configuration: Server Windows 2000 Server SP2. Exchange 2000 Server SP2 Client: Windows 2000 Pro SP2 Outlook 2000 Sr2 Any advice is appreciated Juan Rosas List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
