Nessus is a vulnerability scanner and definitely not what you're looking for. I'd suggest using logwatch 'cause you probably have it installed already - read their docs to figure out how to filter your log file for the text you're looking for. http://www.logwatch.org/tabs/docs/ -- Tom -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@redhat.com To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines

Log File Parser for DSL Disconnects
Does anyone have a log file parser that tracks DSL connects and disconnects? I've been having troubles with my connection and while I can scroll through and see some connect requests, I was wondering if there is a parser that will tell me that fairly easily. I haven't been able to find anything with google, I did get a hit on Nessus, but that doesn't seem to be what I am looking for. Thanks. -- -=/>Thom -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@redhat.com To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
