[Finale] SFA - composer with issues asking for volunteer help

Hi listers,

As many of you know (I know how it is, you remember details about some
people, but not all, on a list like this) I had a stroke at age 60
last October, and followed that up with a bad fall on stairs in Feb
which injured the base of my spine (be careful going down stairs - 3
in my family are dealing with injuries from a fall down stairs!).  I
can only sit for a few minutes at a time without taking addictive
pain-killers and have worked for years, and gotten pretty good fin
chops (though now I have to learn 2014 quickly) sitting.

Plus, as I have mentioned in the last few days, I have had
major-league computer issues with my super-wiz-bang HP Windows 8
machine.  I am typing this on my laptop, standing, but my Finale chops
on it are dismal.

Meanwhile, I am in the middle of a deadline, and even though I have an
extension I simply must get this work done -choir needs most of it's
music by the last week of July. It is quite adventurous, involving
research, narration, and PowerPoint. I have had good luck with some
great ladies at my church who are helping - typing my dictation and
doing the  PowerPoint which I am a novice at.

My point, and I do have one (thanks for reading this far) is that I
could really use some help!  When I was healthy, I enjoyed nothing
more than sitting and making quick arrangements in Finale - did them
all the time for others, even strangers on the interwebs, and I am
thinking there are users like me out there who are still healthy and
wouldn't mind taking a few minutes now and then to pound out a file or
two for me.  Yes?

I know that I could have done some of these chores during the time
taken to write this message, (esp how bad a typist I am on this
laptop) but I am hoping that the detail will draw some people in to
sharing some of your skills with me, and interested folks won't need
the whole story with every request.

I will list some things in this message, and will add more in the
coming weeks. The project is called "Searching For America" and tells
the story of K.L. Bates writing "America the Beautiful" in 1893 - for
singer actors, chorus, and chamber orch (strings, 2 fls, 2 trpts, 3
perc.).  I am making big-time use of folk songs and other existing
material, such as old sheet-music of obscure tunes that don't have
midi files anywhere (I use found midi files a lot in this sort of
thing, but I don't even have the time to spend much time at that now).
  My plan is to give mostly straight-forward arrangements to the
choir, and contribute more originality to the instrumental and
narration portions before the prmire in November.

Many of you are pros, and have deadlines of your own, but some of you
may be able to share some work. No money to offer - I am getting a
little for the finished product, but not enough.

If anyone is with me so far, here are my first needs.  Any Fin file will do:

1. Type out these songs:


My wife has already typed the words to the latter - I'll include that
in my next email.

2. same for some pdfs I can attach to private emails.  simple stuff.

3.  A fin file, as simply scored as possible, of the Sousa arrangement
of "The Star-Spangled Banner" -  midi files may be around for that.

A message with "I'll do 1" or whatever to the list will help avoid dupes.

I'm posting this again, abridged. The complete version is a week or
two back with the same subject. I have two or three fine gentlemen
across our great nation helping me but I don't want to ask too much of
them or extend my welcome.

Finale chops on it are dismal.

Meanwhile, I am in the middle of a deadline, I simply must get this
work done -choir needs most of it's music very soon.

mine already Finale-yzed.  Anyone who helps will get a credit line in
the final presentation - even put a short ad if you'd like!

 My plan is to give mostly straight-forward arrangements to the choir,
and contribute more originality to the instrumental and
narration portions before the premiere in November. No money to offer
- I am getting a little for the finished product, but not enough.

Any type Fin file will do:

1. Type out this song:

complaining, just anxious!]

found another version in midi I could use, but I'd love the Sousa. I
don't have music, but it's prob on one of the free band music sites
somewhere.  I believe it's also known as the Marine Band version. If
you have music, please let me know.]

I'm up to date - using WinFin 2014.  Not at all up to spped, one of
the reasons I'm having trouble, as I had to switch to it a few days
ago because 2012 wouldn't let me insert measures.
