I am unclear on how you can convert a regular DisplayObject hierarchy (like a Chart) into a BitmapData object that you can then encode into a .jpg. Hi Tom. You can create your own BitmapData object, then blit the chart into it using the BitmapData.draw function (pass the chart as the first parameter).
