Hi,

The XSLT stylesheet produces HTML output, I guess you posted the wrong one.

It's preferable to directly attach the XSL-FO result of your transformation to
the Bugzilla entry. Also, please try to reduce your example as much as possible,
so that it's easier to locate the problem.

In this case this seems to be quite obvious, but otherwise consider asking first
on the fop-user mailing list before opening a bug.
