[foreman-dev] [Event] CFP DevConf.cz (Jan 27th-29th 2017)

2016-10-12 Thread Greg Sutcliffe
Hi all,

I'll been a bit slow to send this one out, but there's still a few weeks
left to send talk proposals to DevConf.cz[1]. We'll probably have a stand
there (Ivan, we need to sync up on this) but it'd be great to see some
talks too.

(Yes, the FOSDEM and CfgMgmt CFps are coming but they're not public yet :P)

I put the website because quite a few new contributors start there, with
small doc fixes - thus it has a higher number of people for the bot to
ping. Might be interesting to see it's heuristics in action. But I don't
mind either way :)

I love this bot, I already know that in advance.

I'd scratch the website tho, the three would be a good start.

2016-10-12 Thread Eric D Helms
I'll enable on Katello tomorrow so devs have at least a days notice that it
will be turned on.

Sounds positive so far - which repos should we try it on? I'm thinking
core, proxy, katello and the website for now? We can put it everywhere if
that goes well.

I don't think I have the rights to enable it though, so I'll need someone
to volunteer to do that :)

+1 from me - there's always time to shut it down if it doesn't help

[foreman-dev] Re: Foreman Docker Port Forwarding

2016-10-12 Thread Iain Black
I'm having the same issue myself. I just expected it to work but sadly it's
not. The port is accessible on the docker container, but not via the host's
IP. Did you ever find a way to fix this?

Thanks!
Iain

Hi,

No, it seems we've missed the change in puppet modules in 1.13. I've
opened an issue request to cherry-pick the change to 1.13.1 here
http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/16886

Thanks for the report

Re: [foreman-dev] Foreman Development getting started

2016-10-12 Thread 'Denis Müller' via foreman-dev
i got an "comment" column with editing
https://github.com/theforeman/hammer-cli-foreman/blob/master/lib/hammer_cli_foreman/host.rb,

thanks for that. I will try to find a way to build an option for "comment"
for hammer-cli.
