Josh, You can get an FS version that is close to v6 here: ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/dev Any testing on top of the hippocampal fields functionality would be greatly appreciated! I am interested in pursuing hippocampal segmentation, but it seems that I should not use the segmentation from your older program and I should wait, would you agree?
