Re: Apache FTP Server giving very slow download speeds
Check to see if you have a download rate limit set for the users in question. This may depend on how you are storing user information, but see http://mina.apache.org/ftpserver/database-user-manager.html If you have your own UserManager, make sure that it is returning a user with a high download rate limit.
