Hi shannon. Nope, it's played entirely through your brouser on the website. All you need to do is navigate around the headings, links, buttons etc with your screen reader in order to play. There are actually a great many games like this, it's just that puppet nightmares seems a particularly good one of this type, especially it's the complexity of it's battle system.
