No not the developer for gnetman but as far as I understood it's not longer being developed nor do I know anything but the cell collision issue. I am developing an advanced hierarchical netlister (spnet) as a replacement/alternative to gnetlist and will be actively developing it. We had a file collision in Gentoo-Linux for latest gEDA 1.4.3 geda-symbols and old gnetman. A few identical symbols are installed to the same location.
