Yes, because it is up to the Buildbot job how it interacts with SVN/Git - if at all. I added the build.sh script to ensure that there is a standard command to build the site. The current site uses Ant, Jekyll uses Jekyll, and lua uses make. Having a common shell script simplifies changeover.
