What U have been told or heard, is of course not true!
There is no racism in Australia, officially or in practice! For many many years
now, it has been so, and that is one of the reasons I am here and enjoying the
good non segragated non casteist non racist life, for everyone. If it were not
so, then so many uncouth and non integrating Indians would not have been
admitted into Australia in the first place, students or worker categories.
What is perceived as racism in India due to the recent incidents and even
deaths vis a vis Indian students in Australia is not correct; and those
incidents are not racially motivated at all. Rather it is a 'resentment blowing
out of control' for some very young Australians, of these young Indian students
coming here and taking up part time jobs in retail and hospitality, jobs that
would have been otherwise done by Aussies. Of course there are other hidden
factors too.
And who is Australian? There are many Blacks, Browns and Arabs and Persians
and Koreans, Vietnamese and Chinese who make up large numbers in Australia
everywhere. Are they racist? Many races living together does not mean racism.
All these non Anglo Saxon, non Italian, non Greek coomunities (anglos, Celtics,
Italians and Greek are the larger white communities here) are now thriving
here, and increasing in numbers and proportion everyday.
What Indians, I particularly mean Hindus should understand is that, they are
the least integrating after the various Muslim groups. All other non white
communities are making headway in public and social life, and have earned
special rapport and even inter marry with other Australians. Of course there
are many good Hindus too, but the majority and more so the new ones coming here
are the racist segragated style of living type.
Go Back! U are spoiling life for us, who love this country. Indians in India
are more racist anytime and everywhere, and these thoughts are brought here,
and that is why these new Indians feel different and fail to integrate. They
should not feel that any act of discrimination or resentment is necessarily
race based. There can be lots of other reasons for that.
Imagine a young sardar in Australia learning Hairdressing, to get PR!
Very Ingenuine indeed! Many come to take adventage of our generous welfare
system; and the elderly from India too, draining the welfare system.
My advise: learn to Eat and Enjoy Beef and Bacon first; U will be reborn! Then
come to Australia and integrate and inter-marry, if possible; after all Indians
adore white fair skin and the pink too!
How many foreigners are allowed to work in India and or Goa? How many
foreigners in India and in Goa are robbed, drugged and killed?
The whole of Indian Hindu Society is Casteist and hence Racist! I will not say
Viva to that.
Therefore Viva Goa, Viva Australia and Viva Portugal and Viva Spain!
