The Goawriters (ALL) of them, have sworn a bloodoath that they
will attend my free concert tomorrow at the Kala Academy's Dinanath
Mangeshkar Auditorium. I will be conducting the Goa State String
Orchestra, and the concert will begin promptly at 6.30 p.m., because
there will be no chief guest. Whoever is present at 6.30 will be our
chief guest, and also at the same time our guest of honour. Such
recognition is scarcely ever accorded a writer these days, so take
advantage of it!
My concert (which is free) will begin sharp at 6.30 (I have said
it before, let me say it once more.---Lewis Carrol, misquoted from
The Hunting of the Snark. Attribution given to avoid charges of
plagiarism.) and will last about an hour. Eunice's event, and Isabel's
theatre piece, are scheduled to begin after 7 p.m. Get that
clarified. How much after 7? You might be able to enjoy all of our
delectable string music.
