Re: [GRASS-user] gdal-grass plugin
yes I'm little unclear Problem is with new qis ( G_no_gisinit error) I found on goolge solution that I must recompile gdal without grass, next compile grass and grass plugin The question is: I I'd like to install grass-plugin and latest version I found on: http://www.gdal.org/dl/ is 1.4.3 so: 1) I can install gdal-grass plugin 1.4.3 on gdal 1.5.3 2) I must downgrade gdal to 1.4.3 (seems rather stupid idea) 3) there are is gdal-grass plugin 1.5.3 on the other locacation differ than http://www.gdal.org/dl/ I ask because I have working gdal-grass instalation and I dont want to destroy it. Hope I'm clear Jarek Nikos Alexandris pisze: On Tue, 2008-11-11 at 18:38 +0100, Jarek Jasiewicz wrote: Hi Hi Jarek! Sorry for maybe naive question, but I'm little confused... Yes, I know google is my friend, but I don't really follow this explanation: http://osdir.com/ml/gis.gdal.devel/2005-02/msg00049.html Incidentally, I've already compiled proj-4, geos, gdal, and grass62. I'm not sure how to set up the ./configure for gdal-grass. ./configure --with-grass=/path/to/grass/instalation It should pick up right --with-gdal and --with-autoload automatically. If it doesn't, refer to ./configure --help. Maciek ___ grass-user mailing list grass-user@lists.osgeo.org http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/grass-user
