Hello folks,

I've just had this helpful advice from the nice people at Sipgate about 
my VoIP connection:

If you router supports UP NP (universal Plug and Play), it can be 
helpful as a last resort, to switch this option to on and/or off. This 
can help because this setting may or may not be interfering with the 
correct function of the device.

It's nice to get a definite answer to a question.
