There is a massive issue with Verizon in Southern West Coast USA. "Supposedly" one of their Tier 1 providers is blocking steam, but more likely they are not properly taking there network data from a jumbo frame to a standard MTU frame. Speaking of verizon, I've noticed that if I play on my wifi device it only directly connects to servers and the server list doesn't work. Sounds really dumb on their end.
