Bro Jon, jikalau dikau pernah test im sebelum apply file tsb di v.4.2.2 coba dibersihkan dulu dalvik-cache nya. Setelah itu push file apk yg sudah diakali biar tdk tanya phone number kita. Sekarang sudah jelas lupakan Gphone :-) INILAH.COM, Jakarta – Google telah santer disebut akan menjual telepon sendiri pada tahun ini. Namun harapan itu telah musnah sekarang. Kepala pengembangan Android Andy Rubin menegaskan Google tidak akan membuat ponsel. Ia menyebut Google bukan bisnis yang berhubungan dengan usaha pembuatan telepon. Kami tidak membuat perangkat keras, kata Rubin. Kami memungkinkan orang lain untuk membangun perangkat keras. Sebelumnya Google memainkan peran penting dalam merancang ponsel Android, seperti G1. Google menganjurkan desain engsel yang terkenal di G1, berdasarkan keinginan untuk menawarkan telepon dengan lima baris keyboard, kata Rubin. Desain itu ternyata tidak populer dan Rubin menyebutnya sambil bergurau, bahwa mungkin itulah sebabnya Google tidak membuat sendiri hardware. Mendesain telepon secara penuh, mengontrak mitra manufaktur untuk membangun dan bekerja dengan saluran distribusi untuk memasukkan ke pasar, itu akan menjadi perubahan mendasar dalam model bisnis Google, kata Rubin. Dan perusahaan tidak siap untuk melakukannya saat ini. Desas-desus ponsel yang disebut Gphone telah muncul bertahun-tahun yang lalu, jauh sebelum Google secara resmi mengumumkan Android pada November 2007. Strategi Google malah memberikan lisensi, bekerja sama dengan pembuat hardware dan operator mitra untuk menyebarluaskan Android sebagai sistem operasi mobile pilihan. Bro, aunt rosie itu merupakan aplikasi robot (di google wave dikenal dg sebutan extension) translation yang terhubung dg aplikasi translation nya google. Aunt rosie dibuat oleh Andrew (salah satu developer) dikarenakan aplikasi robot translation real time kepunyaan google yg dikenal Rosy Etta sedang didisablekan (untuk account google wave preview aja nih kayaknya) dan disempurnakan lagi. Jadi dg bantuan extension ini misal kalau daku gunakan bahasa indonesia (setting di gmail account) dan terus daku kirim message ke teman daku di German sana, karena teman daku kurang lancar english maka daku gunakan aunt rosie untuk dapat langsung diterjemahkan dalam bahasa jerman. Masih kurang ok sih terjemahannya, tapi lumayanlah ada robot ini.
