i think using the cafe at ansal plaza might be the best solution to this.but first we'll have to see what we have to do in LAN parties so as to see if their pc's supprot our needs too. Arjun, the idea is fantastic...many possibilities...but just a few things..where do we get the PCs from? the lan cable? and all that??to set up a room for one day is rather expensive!!! Second option, why not talk to spectranet guys..they have neat looking cafes ( i believe there is on in Ansal's Plaza). They have great pcs, and i am sure they'll love the publicity ! (well you can never be sure but worth a try).
