Dear Friend
Assalam u alaikum

I am not a mufti. But I am answering your question as per my knowledge.

First of all you should try to get a job in a better place where you can
perform your religious duties freely.
 This is exactly right.

If it is not possible, you may pay Kaza Namaz afterwards.

Prayer or namaz should be performed within the time limit not after the for
example you should not delay noon prayer till Aser time which is the afternoon
prayer and magrib till issha unless You are travelling.

Wife and husband can perform namaz side by side.
This is against the sunnah of the prophet because the prophet may peace and
blessing be upon him prayer and there were a man, child and a woman. The man
was next to him and the child was behind both of them and the woman was behind
the child.
Male adults should always be in the first line after the imam and the children
behind and the women should behind the children

But it is better for women to perform Namaz a little behind the man.

Not little behind but exactly behind in the second line.
Thanks.

I am not defending the government but do not you see how much money the
government is spending on hospital and medication. All the medication and
admission is free for Hajjis and those who make Umrah.

The number is mind bloggling. No wonder why Saudi is one of the richest
countries in the world. They know how to use religion as a wealth maker, while
muslims in other countries, as poor as dirt, but still blindly contribute to
the franchise owner.
The question is: How many people are allowed to stay in Saudi, without having
to work like laborers and house maids.

3.24 million Umrah visas issued so far
Badea Abu Al-Naja I Arab News

MAKKAH: Around 3.24 million Umrah visas were issued by Saudi embassies across
the world this year, according to statistics issued by the Central Haj
Committee in Makkah.

The statistics - which cover the period from Feb. 8 until Sept. 5 - show that a
total of 3,240,675 visas were issued after the Umrah season began in February.
Until Sept.. 5, 2,622,408 foreign pilgrims arrived in the Kingdom, of which
2,243,090 pilgrims had left.

Pilgrims who came to the Kingdom by air arrived at Jeddah's King Abdul Aziz
Airport in 9,939 flights and left on 6,981 flights. Those who came by sea
arrived at the Jeddah Islamic Port on 145 ships and left on 277 ships.

Makkah's hospitals dealt with 394,493 pilgrims who were admitted to several
hospitals across the city suffering from serious illnesses; 38,042 of these
pilgrims are yet to be discharged.

Official charity institutions distributed 225,954,000 loaves of bread, and the
meat of 364,726 goats, 7,462 camels and 3,474 cows. 194,557 liters of Zamzam
water were consumed in Makkah alone, while 29,231 liters were consumed in
Madinah. Over 45,670,635 cubic meters of normal water were consumed in Makkah
over the same period.

The Central Haj Committee's statistics added that 542,838 cars entered Makkah
over the same period and that 543,716 had left the city. There were also 3,984
recorded car accidents.

Municipal authorities removed 313,314 tons of garbage, Makkah police arrested
1,490 beggars and 918 street peddlers, and Passport officials arrested 6,463
violators of visa regulations in the same period.

Meanwhile, the Makkah mayor's office is currently studying the viability of
setting up pedestrian friendly roads to contain the increasing numbers of
people hit by cars in the city, the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported.

Asalamalaikum waa'rahmatullah waa'barakatuhu,

1. What is the proper ruling on multiple marriages?

2. Can the man marry more than one woman at a time, and not inform the wives
of each
 other?

3. Can the woman seek khulu (without his permission to accept her decision to
divorce) if
she did not consent to a polygamous marriage or informed of other wives
before she
 married the man?

4. Can she walk away from the marriage where there has been deceit and
non-financial
 support of her?

I know what is Sunnah but some brothers have made mutaa marriages commonplace.

George Bush might come and revisit

Baghdad is also practically evacuated

George Bush might come and revisit

I suggest that next year , all the US-help
intended for the State of Israel ,
would be redirected to the State of Louisiana .

After all New Orleans is a city in the USA

By the way ,
the Israeli-Settler who occupied Gaza for 37 years , for free,
have been compensated for moving out..

The Somalian-lady and her actress
in that infamous-film

A Somalian-Lady-refugee here in the Netherlands
has broken a new world record:
she became a Member of the Dutch Parliament
in less than 10 years after her arrival to Holland !!.

She became a very outspoken anti-Islam
which explains a lot about the speed of her success.

Once she started to stink , with regards to her
dubious entry into Netherlands and her lying about 101 things
and her fake pre-history and even her fake identity...

Guess what happened ??

She was thrown out (very politely) from the Netherlands
and then went to the USA and got immediately a Job
working for Richard Perle
Yes !! Mr. Richard Perle, the ex-adviser to George Bush
who holds a US-Passport and an Israeli-passport too.
The one who recommended to George to go to Baghdad
and see if there are Weapons , of any sort

This mysterious lady , this phenomena-of-instant-success
has made ,previous to her departure, a short film called
"Submission" in which a muslin lady is shown practically-naked
with verses of the Koran written on her body...
this fictitious lady was raped by her fictitious Muslim-uncle.
And the victim is supposed to "shut-up" to avoid the scandal.
As if , only Muslim-uncles do rape their nieces
and as if, only Muslim-victims are asked to "shut-up".

The Director of that film paid with his life the price
of the unlimited-arrogance and unrestricted-blasphemy.
And that Lady ran away... to Richard Perle..of course
.[http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/tsmileys2/03.gif]

Now , we hear and see that in Austria another
drama is unfolding of a father who raped his own daughter
and locked her up 24 years in the cellar along with the 3 children
he has produced with her..

This is not a fictitious story , but unfortunately a real one.
I wounder if that same Somalian-Lady who carries a Dutch passport
and lives in the USA , would not like now to make another film.
And if she does make another film , on that real-case-drama
I wounder if she would then mention the religion
of that monster-father .

The monster-father-rapist

The first film was fictitious and blamed Islam
this other film would be real and might blame ,eventually
or incidentally , another religion.
As if religions and rapes are compatible.
As if the religion of any rapist is relevant to the crime.

have been 33 years in the Netherlands ,
and did not get higher than "Export-Manager"
probably only because I respected Islam..

Actually the name of the male or the female should be one only, not two.
Mohammed is a full name, Abdullah, Harith, Ahmed, Ali etc...

Females' names are as my brother said Fatimah, Hafsah, Rougayah, Zainab
etc there is no need for prefixes neither for males nor for females.
