I have solved this bug by modified TableReader.scala.

The solution is when the inputformat class is 
org.apache.hadoop.hive.hbase.HiveHBaseTableInputFormat,  will create 
OldHadoopRDD. I have tested in my product env as well.

Can I submit a pr to spark ?
