Hibernate will stay at a CR; it will not go final until the EBJ3 spec is final... BTW, what is with Javassist being at the same exact version? We have to separate out jbossxb because of the jbossws dependency. This is already being integrated via a binary and that is all that needs to be done for the 4.0.4.GA release.
