[JBoss-user] [JBoss Getting Started Documentation] - Re: Web services : Class not found com.jboss.ebank.ArrayOf_x
There are several solutions. The easiest is to add a com.jboss.ebank.ArrayOf_xsd_string class. It doesn't need any methods. Just have a class of that name. We'll be redoing the web services example in the next revision of the guide to make the example interesting than an array of strings. Look for that in the next couple weeks. The HSQL database manager is a local swing application, not an applet. If you want to run it remotely, you will have to run it by hand on a remote machine. I'd recommend doing it like that anyways, because when you exit the application, it tries to do a System.exit(). So, I really don't recommend messing with it anymore. I agree that the jakarta download pages are hopelessly confusing. From that page, go to Taglibs release builds. From there, select the "standard" taglib and download the tar.gz or zip file. Those are separate server configurations. You can have multiple configurations and start them separately using "run -c myconfigname". see http://jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=CustomConfiguration for more details. However, these are completely separate JBoss instances. If you are just trying separate out your various deployments, you can instruct JBoss to read from multiple directories. You can also make subdirectories in the deploy directory to logically separate your components. What you choose depends mostly on exactly what effect you are trying to achieve. If you explain your goals a bit more, maybe someone can suggest which strategy would work best.[/url] View the original post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3832209#3832209 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3832209 --- This SF.net email is sponsored by: The Robotic Monkeys at ThinkGeek For a limited time only, get FREE Ground shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
