Thanks, it seems to work. But there is still question: what if I would like to use 
cn=Users,ou=Groups,dc=iqtech,dc=pl as a unique member of any role?

For the config you show, you would need a binding like the following for fsmit to the 
seen in the Member_admin role:


  | dn: cn=Member_admin,ou=Roles,dc=iqtech,dc=pl
  | objectClass: top
  | objectClass: groupOfUniqueNames
  | cn: Member_admin
  | uniqueMember: uid=fsmith,ou=People,dc=iqtech,dc=pl
