These are the easy steps:
Login to Sourceforge using a CVS client:
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/jboss login
Checkout the "jboss-head" module (it has JBoss 4.0):
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/jboss checkout jboss-head
