 Hello, As the title describe, the exception is thrown when "This project is parameterized" is enabled but no parameters are added.   Steps to reproduce: 
 
Open project configuration 
Enable "This project is parameterized" 
Do not click 'Add Parameter' 
Save/Apply project configuration

Oliver, thank you for your answer. 
You were absolutely right about user.home. I didn't find any way from Jenkins console to set user.home variable so I tested change Tomcat's home from SO and that fixed the problem.

Good morning. 
When I try to build a war it fails due to permission denied.  

 

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/share/tomcat8/Microsoft/TFS_SDK/14.0.1/native/aix/ppc/libnative_auth.a (Permission denied)
 

 
The problem is that Jenkins/TFS Plugin is using tomcat's home as workspace but it is not what I defined as workspace into TFS Plugin configuration inside project.
