You were absolutely right about user.home. I didn't find any way from Jenkins console to set user.home variable so I tested change Tomcat's home from SO and that fixed the problem. Thank you! When I try to build a war it fails due to permission denied. java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/share/tomcat8/Microsoft/TFS_SDK/14.0.1/native/aix/ppc/libnative_auth.a (Permission denied) The problem is that Jenkins/TFS Plugin is using tomcat's home as workspace but it is not what I defined as workspace into TFS Plugin configuration inside project. Local workfolder
