ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Brush outline on screen follows mouse or stylus movement but when left button
on mouse or stylus is pressed to actually draw the movement  locks up and no
drawing occurs. When released brush shape moves normally again. in short no
actual drawing, cloning, etc is possible.

I was renaming the file and noticed that the extension was “.kra~” I have no
idea how the  tilde got there.  I never fool with the extension part of the
name. File loads just fine now.
